  Most of the cashiers are miserable , specially customer service person name Matthew B and Assistant store manager Chris are very RUDE and Definitely needs customer service training. I've been going to this BJ's since 2005, my membership expires in August, after that I'm not renewing my membership because of their behavior and shame on corporate people for hiring people like them. They don't carry name brand milk anymore and so many other products. Prices are not good specially when you pay a membership fee for a wholesale price and good customer service, you don't get neither. Look at their price then look online compare with Walmart, Target, Bed Bath & Beyond, Amazon etc. you'll find products are same or cheaper at these stores and their products are better with expiration dates.

  Took car to rotate tires. Guy was sitting there with no cars in bays. Wouldn't rotate tires since he said he had tire appointment in 20 minutes.Worthless.

  Saw one of the men at the register cheat a senior citizen out of her money because she was taking too long and could barely see the cash she had. She gave him more than enough and he still asked for more. Sad.
