I have used Capital Floor for new carpet in my bedroom of my house. They were very helpful, especially because they they listened to my needs, then took their time to explain to me they styles of carpeting, price points, everything. From picking out a carpet to installation, was pretty quick to boot. If there is a problem with them, is that they have too many choices! Now I'm getting ready to replace the rest of the carpeting in the house, as well as flooring for my kitchen. I'm not even going to bother with Home Depot or Lowe's, I'm heading straight to Capital Floor Covering...

Capital Floor Covering has installed both carpet and hardwood in 4 of my past houses over the past 15 years. Frankly, it is almost like a family tradition at this point, moving into the house, call Brett at Capital Floor covering. Doing a home remodel, call Brett at Capital Floor covering. It seemed with every house, I had them install more and more square footage. Why Capital Floor for me? Simple, Better Quality Products, Personal Service, Superior Knowledge, and overall Price. And, of course I shopped price, Home Depot and Lowes. I always wondered why sometimes Lowes is able to offer lower prices? Say 10-15%? What was I getting for that? Or in this case what was I losing? Well, and after doing some home work, I found that these large hardware stores typically buy off color and/or discontinued flooring products. And, I found out that both contract out their installers from week to week. Where is the year warranty on the install? Wow, thanks for the savings, not only would not able to find the installer that nailed my boards in wrong, but now I can't match my two floor boards that needed to be replaced because I scraped them moving the couch once. Trying to fix my floor was like using Home Depot's match my paint tool, close but always, always looked funny. Anyway, Thank you Capital Floor! I know your store is local, your not afraid to tell me the truth, and I know my expensive floor didn't come from China. I never knew so much could come from picking the right flooring company. Best Regards Paul Paolillo
