  Worse customer service around. I ordered 3 different times online, each time they had wrong item when I went to pick it up. Then they r rude about it, when they clearly have no idea what they are doing. They were suppose to issue me a store credit, but of course the person at customer service had no idea what they were doing so they said they refunded back to my card, and it would be immediately.... Ten days Later still no refund. I just called in to ask about it, and was cut off quickly and was told I would be called back.... I'm not holding my breath on that call back. Would give negative stars if possible. Update... Over course of year they have gotten much better Update 2... I take that back Eric one of the managers over there is a disgrace to Lowe's, and I will be filing a complaint, he is consistently rude, and unwilling to do his job. If Lowe's wants to pick up the way people think about their store, they need to get managers who are helpful and respectful to their customers.

  Just had a bad experience at this location. One of the employees named Sara was very short and rude towards me. She made me feel like I was annoying her, and made couple comments that came off as rude. Come to find out she was the manager. Managers that have power trips are the worse. Advice from one manager to another, you don't gain anything from acting like that except employees that cannot stand you, and customers that feel like they are not appreciated for their business. This is my first and last time shopping at this specific Lowe's. I will tell you that the neighboring Home Depot has the nicest employees, and they have never made me feel like I was burdening them. Will definitely continue to take my business there.
