  Andrea was our salesperson. She did a very good job in helping us find a mattress we liked and were comfortable with. We set up a delivery date for 2 days later. We were told we would get a call the night before to let us know our window of delivery. We never got the call. I contacted her the morning of our delivery date and noticed she had put the wrong date. We had no bed to sleep on and needed our bed delivered that day. She told me sorry and there wasn’t anything she can do. She did nothing to try to rectify her mistake. And she’s the manager of the store?! Not cool! She told me to contact the store because she wasn’t in that day. Not only did I contact the store, but corporate and her district manager was contacted. Not once did she try to contact me to see if anything was being done to help us. We cancelled our order and went somewhere else. Make sure if you do business with this store, you really check everything and not just go by their word of when things are being done. They will do nothing to rectify their mistakes. I will Be sure to let my fellow military know not to go to this store!
