I thanked them the day I shopped there because the store looked so good. Especially in comparison to their sister stores! But as a retail store on its own, it was in beautiful shape and customers appreciate that! The staff was very friendly the day I was there on a weekday. I bought quite a bit for the holidays and I appreciated the sales woman taking time to pack it with care. I'll just reiterated what an absolute disaster all other NY&CO Stores are, frankly I don't know how they stay in business, please don't let yours get that way!
