  I've purchased multiple phones from this store. Staff has always been very friendly and extremely helpful. There's no pressure like there would be in a regular Verizon store. They want you to get exactly what you're looking for. They'll make helpful suggestions for accessories and other items.

  Don't go to this store. I was buying a phone and they had a suspicious "free" tablet offer with purchase of phone. I asked the sales rep several times if the tablet would add ANY extra charges to my bill and he said no. They were very persistent about the "free" tablet so I took it. 10 days later I look and see that they added a line to my account and some sort of monthly service charge. I called Verizon HQ and found out I had to return the tablet within 14 days of the phone purchase or I would be locked into a 2 year contract paying these fees I wasn't told about. I went to the store to return the tablet. I confronted the sales rep who initially lied to me. They denied that they originally told me there would be no charges and they had the nerve to talk back and raise their voice at me. Nice scam.
